Yikes, even to someone like me who has spent years around food I felt intimidated as to where to start? Did I want to sign up to some app that would tell me exactly what to eat every night of the week for a year? Feeling a little confused, my creative gene shouted for freedom.  I knew I wanted to come up with a helpful meal time program, but trying to decide which one best fit my lifestyle was  a little mind boggling.
